Nothing follows you here

The site sets no cookies and loads no ad networks or third-party analytics. There are no sign-ups or accounts. Nothing about your visit is sold, shared or used to train AI models.

What the server writes down

Our web host keeps routine access logs: IP address, browser, page and time. They're used to block attacks and fix errors, kept only for a limited time, and never used to work out who you are.

What your browser remembers

The pay tool remembers the last state you picked so you don't have to choose it again. That note lives in your browser, never reaches us and clears with your browser data. A link you copy from the time card tool holds your task choices in the link itself.

Other sites

Each story links to its source. Those sites run under their own privacy rules.

When you write to us

Messages to desk@whosontheclock.com are used to answer you and follow up on your tip or fix, nothing else.

If this changes

Should the site ever add analytics or ads, this page gets updated first, and you'll be asked for consent wherever the law calls for it.
