25 jobs, ranked. Most AI or robot time first. Data from O*NET, the Anthropic Economic Index and BLS.

What jobs is AI most likely to change? Industrial truck and tractor operators top this list, with 7h 41m of an 8-hour shift going to tasks AI or robots have done on their own somewhere, followed by light truck drivers and sales representatives, wholesale and manufacturing. This counts tasks rather than whole jobs: BLS still expects about 65K openings a year for industrial truck and tractor operators through 2035.

This list covers U.S. jobs with at least 50,000 workers, ranked by how much of a typical shift goes to tasks AI or robots have done on their own somewhere (not counting tasks where AI only helps). "Touched" means time spent on tasks where AI use is documented in real usage data or where robots have done the task in a real workplace. Low numbers reflect today's evidence and can change as AI and robots improve. Each job links to its full time card, pay by state and similar jobs.
